This is a merry go round that was at the louisville zoo in kentucky, usa. It was actually specifically called a mary lee we go around, created by a mary lee and her husband in 1919. I’m not sure if the music is similar or the same as the music used when it was made but it seems like if it wasn’t it was made to feel like it could be. There’s music in this recording as well as some people talking in the background.

This was made in serato studio, (although out of my usual comfort zone) it is edm, (i usually do house (or try to), dubstep, and dnb) and was made with nothing but drum kits, no automation, just drum kits. Made this moody dance-friendly tune in garageband for something called victors crypt. It's sort of happy, a bit up-tempo and dance-friendly but has this eerie anxious undertone. That's why i named it "dancing in dispair". Did a bassline along with a beat to start it off. Then i added some minor chords and synths with a lot of room to create a spookiness in it. I made this sound for a show simply by breaking a large amount of pasta various ways, then combining and altering everything in izotope rx 7. A simple sine-generator piped through a slew of wacky effects automated with randomized lfos. I added some cabinet emulation to give it a 'living room' feel but left it dry enough to add additional stereo/reverb processing. P. S. It loops cleanly. Software: bitwig studio.

This sound is made by my old continuity meter when the contacts are moved around. The clicking sounds similar to that of a more modern geiger counter or dosimeter.
