Old field recordings originaly made for a friends short film that focussed on the internet and telecommunications. Think i used reaktor and audiomulch. I always do my topping and tailing in soundforge.

A pretty standard 8 bar hardcore beat i made, i used an already distorted drumsound and put an overdrive on it and a maximizer.

This is a loop made at berry college in rome, ga. I wanted to capture some of the feeling of quiet, but there was a bird in the distance making a rhythmic sound that i liked.

This is a small river that crosses the hills near the town i live in. I recorded this standing real close to the water to catch even the tiniest drops.

Recording that i took on a mountain in dieng (indonesia). There was this long, strange kind of grass in which the wind sounded amazing. At least i think. :).

I recorded this in 2015 as background ambience for an audio drama. It's nighttime and i went to a small pond nearby.

A beautiful call of the eastern phoebe. . . This call is also a very unique call in the bird-world. In the eastern and midwestern united states, these are usually the first to arrive in the spring. I have seen these many times as i hike in the deep woods, but this was a nice surprise for me to hear one, literally, in my backyard about 7 o:clock in the morning. I recorded this one in my backyard -- i live in a small town in a rural area. I caught this on my handy zoom h4n recorder, using its internal, built-in stereo microphones set on a record volume about 70. Enjoy. .

Before corsica_s's girlfriend started taking so many requests, she never cursed. And i wanted to take the samples of her moaning and breathing heavy and combine it with some dirty-sounding stuff. But it ended up way too dirty a concept and i got uncomfortable and never used it. An eastern-european musician playing guitar in a paris subway train. I was on my way to downtown paris when this guy started singing for money. I chose to record the scene because i thought this was a typical parisian soundscape, something parisian subway users experiment every day, and a real insight on how this city actually sounds. I happened to be sitting in one of these new line 5 trains. I think theyre audio footprint is much smoother than the old trains. . . Recorded with a zoom h2n in x/y stereo mode.

Sci-fi laser sword sound effects that i created. I created these sounds, using some creative commons 0 sound effects that i got from freesound. Org, and mixing them with some of my own recorded sound effects. To record the hissing sound that i added in the sound effect, i ran the bottom of a cooking pan under some water, and then placed it on a hot stove. The water hissed as soon as it hit the hot stove top, making the hissing sound. Hope you enjoy the sound effects!.

This is the sound of a tuning fork (a little less than 440hz), which i recorded using a guitar pickup. I used this sound for coursera course "audio processing for music applications".

This is a weird noise i created for no logical reason. Made with audacity sound editor by applying an unreasonable number of effects to the sound of me making noises (whistling, i think).
