I was messing around with melodyne and did this recording directly into my macbook mic! it was just to test out a few things but i thought, upload it, what the heck! it might be of use to someone somewhere!.

This is a sample of my own voice that i am using in a song. This would work well in the breakdown sections of metal songs. I use it right before a solo.

I am still debating if this sounds like a walking or a squishing sound. Well any who i hope you enjoy it anyways.

This is a sound i made by placing a low sound effect on lmms continually with another note lower right under it. Then i edited it in audacity with a bassboost, amplify, and fade out.

Another drone sound i created on the microfreak. I used the superwave oscillator and modulated the filter cutoff. Recorded to logic via a yamaha mixer and the ur22 mk1.

I write mlp fanfictions, and i'm all like "why have i never taken my dialogue before????" so i'm gonna try to start saving some of my original dialogue.

I got the zynaddsubfx-patch from a member of the audio4linux. De-community, named zettberlin. Sounds great, so i have to record and publish it. Processed with the "fast lookahead limiter" ladspa-plugin.

An earthquake sound i made by rattling various objects located in the dining room of the apartment that i live in, and my bedroom.

The sound started as a drop of water in a pot filled with water. I then slowed it down significantly. It startet to sound quite melodic like a chime. I added some reverb and echo and thats what came out.

Production step :this sound is from a sound recording of a key hiting an iron bar. I take just one sound from my reccording and copy/paste in a new track. I amplify the sound and do a low pass filter. I copy paste my track and create another one just above. I move this new track for create a gap between the two tracks. On the second track i supress some of the beat for create a rythm. On the second track i change the pitch, for making a sound more high-pitched. It's my voice and i sing do, re, mi, fa, sol for my game. You can change the file as mix, like nightcore version, child version, chorus version, funny man version, etc. In my christmas game, i need voice for my 5 little angels sing for hints( that's the reason why i only sing 5 music notes), just edit the file from each part!. This wa maybe my first attempt at doing something that i would describe as steve reich-y (not knowing very much about steve reich) which is a method i got slightly obsessed with. Basically (for me) it was creating a short measure for a few instruments (apso uploaded here) but then layering them, slightly and increasingly out of time, so that they go out of phase and create a huge trippy musical canvas that you couldn't have predicted from the opening measure (well i couldn't, but i know nothing about music).
