I recorded this animal noise in my ceiling. I have no idea what it could be so thought i would put it out there. . !! sounds like there is more than one and sounding young. Possibilities are possum, bats, birds or rats. Any ideas?.

I made this instrumental music in two versions, with and without drums. This is with drums. I did it in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. I made a bass-line on a doublebass that i played around with. Like the fact that it's groovy and a bit dark. Added a drumbeat i made that i think suited the bass-line. I found this old c-60 cassette labelled "xx" in a local thrift store. (i like to collect found sound recordings-- sometimes there's some pretty weird stuff!) well, it turns out i found some guy's old tape recording involving him having sex while blasting some awful anne murray cover album. . . The recording is the post-sex dialogue, right after that final song fades out. . . At the end, the woman asks something like "are you going to get your tape recorder?" and the guy seems to become flustered, saying something like "i wasn't recording, it's off!" (i'm paraphrasing. ) i guess he thought she realised he was recording it or something. Anyways, after this, the recording is cut off. You can also hear a toilet flush, and some sort of "squeaky toy" noise during the recording. Recorded direct to soundcard, playing back the tape on a cheap hand-held cassette player. Edited w/ compression to reduce peaking.

This is a recording of a lot of morse code conversations on the 40 meter band of amateur radio. Mainly between 7 - 7. 012 mhz using lsb, usb, cw wide, cw narrow, and am filters. I used a yeasu ft-757gx transceiveri mainly recorded this because i thought the am filter on the morse code sounded very unique and space like. Feel free to cut out whatever you like and modify. Also the buzz is from the computer's sound card impurity being amplified through the transceiver, this is not easy to fix. Recorded on 3:50 utc 2013-11-2.

Yesterday i record this song durant a skype call of one of my friends from romania, and then i process the file using adition to add echos and compression, hopp yuou like it.

I removed the aerator from the kitchen faucet and didn't get it turned off. My coffee cup filled and this sound resulted. I thought, sounds a little like water falling into a pool in a cave; so i added reverb to this file. Iphone and external mike. Reverb in audacity.

A pencil writing on some cardboard. Makes a good scratching sound for something like note taking or plain writing. It's semi-erratic with a couple pauses in between and i took different distances from the mic and angles with the pencil to try and get different sounds.
