A recording of rainfall, from the end of a storm a few days ago. I had to hurry and catch this one. I edited it, and it should be useable as a near seamless loop. This sound, like everything i upload here,is completely free for anyone to use. I hope it is useful. 🎶.

This is a recording of applause at the end of the concert in a large auditorium. The conductor and performers walk off and on stage for multiple bows throughout. This is recorded with a small field recorder from a seat in the audience. The file politely clips in parts as people near me clapped, but it's not noticeable. The cough in the beginning is easily cut out, the file loops really well, so you can just delete that section, and it will sound continuous.

There is alot going on under the hood here, everything from an analog bass exciter, feeding into a audio rectifier, creating that unique bass tone. A highpass filter, feeding into a delay. And then a tape emulator, featuring frequency loss, tape degradation and wow'n'flutter. Other versions of this remix:. . Since my ears can't hear any frequencies above 14khz (please remember to wear ear defenders around loud machinery! thank you. <3), i can't hear tape hiss very clearly, and are afraid i might overdo the volume. Ripped from vinyl record and transformed into a completly new sound just to create ambient sounding effects, maybe for a background noise, or whatever the heck ya like!!. This sample was created using over 15 effects and eq's.

I was playing around trying to create a different sound when i accidentally created this sound which reminded me of a rocket flying by. I thought it might be useful and uploaded it. I kept it a bit longer so you can edit it into a loop or fade it out to make it seem the rocket flies away =). Made with fl studio with the free firebird vst plugin.

Sample is a clip from another song i just recorded. Created with effects pedals feeding back into each other. Effects used: behringer micro-mixer (used here as a "clean boost/volume effect), sirkut electronics gnarler, danelectro eq, boss xtortion, and boss metal zone, with various other fx sprinkled throughout. This is another "sounds kind of like screaming" sample.

This is a break i made to layer over my breaks at 102bpm. It was created in free tracker jeskola buzz using vst instrument, alchemy, multiloop2-move knob 1. Recorded using a 1974 mgb sports car. Mic placed on passenger floorboard. Sound of start, idle, accelerating and going through gears, steady state (can be edited and looped for longer scenes) and coast down and shut off. Very throaty sound recorded in-cabin which would be period correct for british cars of that era and useful for in-car scenes behind dialog.

Soundscape of some pads. . Strange how the midi was created. . Used a granular device to create some sort of glitchy effect, then just converted that "melody" to midi in ableton, added stock ableton sound. And post processed to give it pad and ambience.

I was trying to record the brook that runs from a spring in the woods but faintly, then growing louder, a man walked past in a big loop around the dell the brook was in, playing chart music out of a portable speakeri decided to keep speeding in case it was of use or interest.

I recorded hot-water-heating pipes crackling and then looped the sample at progressively faster & harmonically relevant speeds. Heres a quality fat "street" beat ready for use in a aggressive hip-hop or big-beat production. Long sample containing subtle variations and a ending tail fx. Made using two synths. One is a noise generator that has been pitched down three octaves. It has a 12-hertz sine tremolo on either side, one of which is offset by half a wavelength. The other synth is a deep organ playing e3 and g3. I cut the sound in audacity, and the waves line up perfectly, so you don't need to worry about looping it badly.

I used bdx for the kick, sent through disto-fx and various eq plugins. Cymbalistic was used for the hihats, with further eq and gating placed on it. The snare was from a free sample pack (i can't remember the name of) sent through a resonator, eq plugins and some soft-clippers to give it a bigger sound. Clipmax was used on the master channel.

This is the unprocessed version of my "sci-fi ambient drone" upload. It's creative commons cc0, so please treat it as public domain. I took a quick 8-second drum loop from my teenage engineering po-33 (ko) and ran it through a free time-stretching/pitch-shifting program called akaizer. This program is based on old samplers like the akai s1000 that had extremely artifact-heavy time-stretching and pitch-shifting features. If you slow a sound down enough, the final product tends to sound harsh and electric. Akaizer turned my 8-second drum loop into 2 minutes and 38 seconds of harsh, bassy noise, pretty damn close to the final. Enjoy :).

Made from a tom drum i created with xfer serum in reaper. Rendered the instrument as audio, then, sampled a small section of the tom and looped it infinitely to create a static frequency. Then i added the reapitch vst and created a smooth automation curve down to -24 semitones. Lastly, i added a short fade in and long fade out.

Real recording of an ar15 layered minimally with a kick drum for sub-bass region and trigger sound and processed with some plugins like transient designers, multiband compression and clipping. Eq was used for tonal shaping and frequency cutting here and there for a more polished sound. Single shot recording assembled into a burst fire loop. Made in ableton live. Enjoy.
