One of our doggies sleeps in the recliner and sometimes trees a cat, or something, in his sleep. It's rare to hear him bark at all, which made this kind of funny. An unmodified file.
Simple melody with synth-drumloop made with vsti. If u like this, perhaps u also like my tunes on sc: http://soundcloud. Com/beverlyhillsboy check it out! cheers :).
A buzz noise i made when i was pretty hungry and impatient but had to wait to go eat with a companion. It would probably be a good sound at lower level for the hum of some type of machine. (like my stomach. ).
This series is about transition sfx, this is stacked sound effects made with xsynth, dex and amsynth, randomized in carla and layered with cymbal samples i recorded a long time ago.
Field recording made with zoom h2 mic with reverse 2 stereo microphones. Recording from the beginning of the march, rain, crowds building till first sound-system passes.
A recording made as i walked down the length of market street in manchester, uk on a weekday afternoon. Most of it is pedestrianised. You can hear a couple of buskers, clockwork dogs and near the bottom there is a taxi rank.
This is a short test sound from a public alarming system meant to warn for example a local disaster. The loudspeaker was located at roof of tall building. This recording was made about 0,3 km from that loudspeaker.
A straightforward pattern made in the lmms daw, i used the analog bell preset with a delayed, pitched-down arpeggio of sorts. Over time, the tempo increases, from about 50 bpm in the beginning, to 150 bpm in the end.
A standard techno or trance bass loop introduction. I made this with the vst instrument called minimal. I forgot where it was from, just google it if you want to know i guess.
This sound was made by me in fl studio 5, using synthesizer '3x osc' with added effects. You can hear the change of arpeggio here. (finally, automatically!).
A highly-modified shepard tone. Reversed, inverted, reverbed, added bass with lowered treble, and to top it all off a highly resonant wah-wah sound effect. All made in audacity.
Made a nice lil low end snare because i was bored, probably the cleanest sounding yet. Mixed a low end tom with a snare and then did some compression, saturation, and excitement.
I love being contrained by minimalistic restraints when improvising. I was enjoying hanstimm's machine sounds so , using only the loop function of this site, i made an improvisation using his 'machine' pack.
A fun way to confuse your youtube viewers. Basically, it says to like, comment, and subscribe. Except i made it hard to hear that. A hint is that it is in binary. . .
Actually made with distorting, bitcrushing, and downsampling a recording of an electric drill (with this type of heavy processing the source material doesn't really matter much though). No chips or tunes were harmed in the making of this sound.
The neumann tlm 103 condenser microphone was used to represent human-made wind noise. Recorded for the discipline of capture and audio edition of the course radio, tv and internet, universidade anhembi morumbi. Sao paulo-sp. Brazil.
Steps on the floor made with a pair of swedish clogs. Recorded by a zoom2 device. Projet “bruitages” coordonné par josé carrasco, classe de jérôme euphrosine au lycée français de barcelone, hiver 2013.
Edit i've made in which there's a couple of gunshots, stinger and hit for impact and a few lingering ringing and swish effects. There's also a heartbeat and a half. May be useful to someone.
This is a part of a strong summer thunderstorm with heavy rain and thunders. The rain changed its intensity during the recording. It is hearable also some bells. The recording was made using a roland r05 mounted on a tripod in front of a window facing to a hedge.
A sound effect inspired by the game slender that i made for my film class. Probably most useful if splicing the sound on and off during a build-up. Feel free to use :).
I recorded this in my house, with galaxy note 2 - and made the sound by hitting a metal desk wtih my hand (it was really hurt!). First i bang it once, and then i bang it several times. .
Cool effect made by dragging a rubber tipped mallet across the gong, instead of striking it. Creates a soft eerie atmosphere. Gear: 2x akg 451eb,2x rdl stm-2, casio da-1 dat.
Suburb ambience, light rain, raindrops on concrete, heavy wind, thunders. Recording weas made with neumann km183 + schneider disc + sound devices mix pre 10 ii.
An assortment of rat creature vocalizations made using mouth movements. Could be used for any sort of insect- or rat-like creature. Recorded with a neumann km-184 into a sound devices mixpre-3 ii.
A drum beat i made in ableton which i personally thought sounded really bad so i never ended up using it. Hopefully someone else will be able to make use of it though!.
Created with a sound i made but used directwave from fl studio to change it into a sci-fi sounding ringtone. Recorded from fl studio 20 to audacity, processed in audacity.
I made this loop in fl studio a few months ago when i got a bitcrusher. Its unfortunate i don't have a higher quality version of this or the flp, because it was a pretty good loop.
