Includes the comparatively minor squeaking noise of opening the door, followed by the long, drawn-out squeaking and groaning noises that are the agony of it closing again. Our good old bosch dishwasher is doing its magic. This is a more rhythmic loop. You can hear a glass or bowl squeaking/ringing in the water jet inside the device. Recorded x/y stereo with two audio technica at4041 mics into a marantz pmd 661 recorder. Normalized plus some eqing using fabfilter pro-q3.

This is the variable mid/high pitch sound of a metal door not properly closed in my college, making a whistling sound. There are very light sounds of people passing and chatting by the door. I used this sound in a group project as part of a night wind sound in a dark forest. It is looping. Recorded with a tascam dr-40.

My desktop pc's front audio out sometimes (depending on the wifi connection) makes various sounds, which i tried to record. . . Not sure i was successful. :).

This sound was recorded at the campus of poblenou of the pompeu fabra university in the corridor linking the cafeteria with the tanger building. Noise makes to open and close the glass door that connects the hall of the café with the passage that leads to the tanger building. This recording has greater duration than the glass door noise 1.

Recorded using the built-in mics of a zoom h4npro (2016 edition) @ 24bit. This is a small amount of liquid being poured into a drain about the size of a silver dollar. The original recorded captured the apartment's heating system. I used noise reduction, then normalized the waveform. This sound is free to use whenever and wherever.
