Police helicopter circling over splott, cardiff on the afternoon of the 26th of june 2011. Warm weather, singing birds, occasional sounds of children playing. Recorded with a blimped rode nt4 and a tascam dr-680.
As i was playing with creating sequences with help of square waves i happen to make this beat. Annoying. . . Made with a small modular synth with love :-).
Samples takes from chimes made by cutting a galvanized steel pipe into specific lengths, each hung by a nylon string. Chimes were played by striking with a large steel nail.
Scale of g played slowly, 2 octaves, each note detached, on a reed quena (south american flute). Might be useful to sample notes. Recorded with zoom h4n, unprocessed.
Making a concert snare drum do a roll(style of playing a note) at high speeds with a massage gun at its highest speed (could be interpreted as an a-10 minigun 30mm).
A few minutes of heavyish rain which gently stops and the birds begin to sing again. Children in a neighbouring garden play and the wind is audible in the trees throughout. Recorded at 96khz 24bit. Free to use in anything.

This sound of two pieces of glass friction against each other is torture for many, at least pain or unbearable for sensitive ears. Played back with powerful treble speakers , you would enjoy all shouting 'eeeeeeeeeee. . . . Stop it!'.

Was playing with my modular. I had to rush away from the synth. By accident i happened to record 22 minutes. I give you 5 minutes of that accidental recording.
I had an old upright piano that i rarely played (i'm a bass player/audio tech). I used a felt mallet to strike the piano wires from the bottom of the piano. Enjoy!. .
