This was recorded using the application recording studio pro. It was made for sound effects by the sister company, beyond the mind design™ and was created for a commissioned short animation. It was produced using a metal ruler and my voice. In this version: the sound has been slightly amplified and overall tone has been equalized, giving a more refined sound effect and higher overall volume. This sound was created in audition by using three sample tracks with altered pitches for the sound of the timer countdown. I used an altered 8 bit sample for the explosion, bringing out the low range and lowering the high range with a 30 band compressor.

This sound effect was created using beeping effects and then used a audio flanger to create the effect, 200 mili seconds variable delay, 0. 200 hz and a fixed delay of 100 mili seconds.

A horrible sound for a contest, created by paulstretching the sound of an old photo-slide scanner six times, then slowly layering it on top of itself up by a semitone every second and adding reverb. A recording of strong spring wind gusts through a stand of mature, tall white pines in a midwest forest. I used my handy zoom h4n recorder, and i used my rode nt2 shotgun microphone, cable-tied to a sapling. No kidding, i forgot my sturdy tripod, so i improvised using some bungee cords that i carry with me, tied the shotgun to a sapling and this is what i recorded.
